I'm Saoirse Ryan, a filmmaker, visual artist, and designer based in Ireland. My creative practice lives at the intersection of narrative, observation, and atmosphere — spanning experimental short films, music videos, photography, and graphic design. Whether I’m working behind a camera, in front of a sketchbook, or editing frames on a screen, I’m drawn to quiet stories, emotional colour, and the texture of everyday life.

My filmmaking style leans heavily on cinematography — rich in tone, mood, and movement — often exploring stillness, waiting, and the unsaid. I’ve worked across a variety of genres, including narrative shorts, mini-docs, and lens-based music visuals, with a growing focus on direction and visual language. I value clean design, intuitive pacing, and the kind of storytelling that lingers long after it’s told.
